    Oil pressure sender failure

Yet another odd failure for my rig. On my last trip it started leaking oil badly, only when the engine was running.

It was still under warranty, so off to the dealer it went. Apparently the oil pressure sender unit cracked and was spewing oil. An easy fix, but an odd failure the dealer said they don't see.

This is the second odd fluid related failure for my rig which had a failure of the 4X4 low transfer motor seal fail and fill with transfer case fluid last year.
The best things in life can not be found on a map; they can only be found while Wandering.

The dealer might have seen that part fail before but how many XK's do they get in that are wheeled probably not many. Not saying wheeling caused the failure but when you do wheel your rig we seem to break odd parts.
