Is there a write up or something on how to rebuild the front diff? I've looked everywhere but cannot find anything.

Well I just found out that I snapped the front (passenger-side) axle in addition to all the other damage. At least it wasn't the locker ($$$)! We should have the new axle tomorrow (coming from Denver) and, hopefully, I'll be running again by this weekend!

I have to believe that the clutch plates in the TC had been going out for a while. The obstacle I probably broke on was the hardest thing I've done yet--off camber, steep, and loose. I had to bump it a couple of times and probably got the front wheels in the air spinning a little too fast. The front drive parts are about the size of a Dana 44 so a bit undersized for 33s maybe. We have tossed around several ideas for a SFA swap. The best seems to be a Rubicon front end which will probably be the most compatible with the QDII electronics.
