I have an 07 that is leaking at the caps on the passenger side grab handle. I recently removed the carpet and cleaned the drain hose and got rid of the red plastic cap on the end of the hose. Water is flowing down the drain and it is no longer clogged. I poured water several times down the drain and could see that it was unrestricted. I was walking in tall cotton until the first time it rained..Leaks again at the grab handle caps. I took off the grab handle hoping to see where the drain hose is connected to the drain. No luck, it disappears under the headliner. If I pour water down the drain I can see it dripping from up in the headliner down the hose which makes me think there is a crack/leak in the hose itself. I tried removing the sunvisor but it didn't cause the headliner to budge. I don't need the whole headliner off just enough so I can see where it connects to the drain so I can diagnose and fix the problem. Can anyone advise me how to accomplish this or direct me to site with photos to show me how to do it?
There is no hesitation at the drain when I pour water down it. It evacuates almost immediately.
