So I was poking around my XK this morning trying to come up with ideas for washer fluid relocation, washer fluid cover and bumper trimming.... thought popped into my head about SA bumper- How will it mesh up with a trimmed flare? Looks like it's currently designed primarily for the SA fenders. I really like the clean look of Trials; makes it look like it's an oem part for the vehicle.

On another note I was looking at fog light options and wonder if these PIAAs can be put in there and run off the factory harness...

I bought the SuperWinch solenoid relocation kit when I did mine because I got a great price, but yes you can make a great kit to the exact length you want for much cheaper than most boxed kits.

Why not just reuse the OEM fogs? With a $50 3000k HID kit they are awesome!

Fitting the OEM behind the bumper is a problem because we made it so small they will not fit.

The helpful suggestions on the front bumper have been amazing. It seems everyone has ideas on how to make it better and you know what? They are right.

With input from this great community we have worked on ways to shorten the height and remove the access hole from the top, the installation process has been simplified and the overall bumper is sleeker.

If all goes well I hope to have something to show you in a week or so. The fabricator hired a new welder and we need to bring him up to speed on the project.

This is one of those helpful hits, we will modify the bumper to line up with OEM fenders.

That looks a lot bigger than Jons. I think his bumper is barely 5" tall at those locations where they have the 5" cutouts.
