    The jeep after the commander

As you know I had my commander for a year and then I decided that I wanted to switch over to a wrangler... Well I sold the commander back in August and picked up A 07 JKU with 38,000 miles for 17,750. I only had 2 weeks to start the mods before college so I did a few things and then over thanksgiving break I did a few more.
    Stock features:
    4.10 gear ratio
    power window
    power locks
    Infinity sound system
    Moab take off tires

    My mods to date are:
Teraflex 2.5 inch coil lift with shock extenders and 1 inch performance body lift
    AFE stainless steel exhaust
    Superchip
Smittybilt M.O.D. with Bull Bar (waiting on arrival)
    ACE rock rails
37x12.50x17 Goodyear MTR Old design With spidertrax on Bedlined rims (old commander rims)
    2 10'' rockford subs
    Hi-lift
20'' Rigid industries L.E.D. light bar
    Rigid Industries dually
    Bedlined interior
    Slush mats
    Bikini top
    custom soft top
    Fender cuts
    Mopar gas cap
    Mopar grab handles
Ordering seat covers this week too.

I think thats it... Here are some pictures of how it looks when I left it. I got a 1 inch Spacer puck to put on the front coils to even it out which ill be installing when I go back home from college. The first picture is my old commander then the second is the Wrangler when I bought it and the rest of the wrangler now.

    Nice JK man.

JK are so easy to mod, it amazes me that with a 2.5" lift and 1" body lift with some trimming you fit 37"s on there!

    Wink

Sooo... you SAVED the aftermarket wheels & tires from the Commander for US though, right?

Looking good so far - when you're out of college, married, and the second child is on the way... you'll be begging to buy one of OUR Commanders, though.
