    aFe intake

    Put on the aFe intake today for my hemi. Sounds great and got an awesome deal on it from Amazon

    I put one on mine a while back, and it's working great too! I don't hear the 'whoosh'/roar everyone else claims to hear with CAI's, although it sounds a tad louder when I'm outside the truck at cold idle - guess I'm just used to noise, what with 4 small kids!

    Yeah it's hard to hear the "roar" for me because my exhaust is really loud.

    Yeah I have mine custom from the cat back. We took out the old muffler and put in a dynomax, not sure on the exact part, then 3" back to a nice cut down tip. No resonator. Only cost about 170 and parts cost about 3/4 of that.
