I think I like the round one best too. I'll have to wait until the 3rd, I have almost enough eBay bucks built up to cover it. (the next payout is the 3rd)

I took everything off, and used large SS screws to mount the connector.

So, that's IT. It's officially done!

I was reading thru your notes, and i had installed an Anderson connector to
the front end so I could use the jumpers without clamping under the hood.
Matt gave me grief because i didnt install a safety switch.

Good job. Thanks for the write up and pictures.

I have a similar setup with the Anderson blocks and the 20' extension for the rear receiver.

Yup.. should always put a switch, circuit breaker or fuse (whichever fits the application) to protect your vehicle in the event that wire gets damaged... especially when that wire is in a high risk area (Like tucked behind the license plate ). Would hate to hear about someone's nicely build XK burn up from a fender bender or road debris due to something so easy to prevent.

Only cause I care about you guys!!

If you look careful at the battery photo, you will see the circuit breaker there.

The circuit breaker on the battery, and 3/4" fat wire attached. The ground is on the OEM ground bolt on the right. The two welding cables (+ & - leads) are run down thru the headlight area, and comes out underneath, where the bumper plastic kind of ends.
    I see this....
