I just pay to have mine flushed I know Chrysler says not to but I've never had problems getting it done and it gets all the fluid out.

How much do you pay for your's, and does that include the filter? There is a Firestone near my office that wants $195. The nice thing about that is dropping it off before work and getting it after work. I don't know if that replaces the filter or not.
