    Yesterday I finished modifying my Gobi rack and bolted on my new 42" LED bar from Tough Light.




    Today I finished wiring it and lit her up!

    [05 WK Khaki 4x4 5.7L QDII ][ 5" SL (OME HD coils and struts) ][ 295/70/17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on 17" Moabs (for the daily grind) ][ 35x12.50R17LT BFG MT KR (for wheeling) ][ Hidden Superwinch in stock bumper][ And soooooo much more... ]

    No kidding on those LED bars. I first saw one at a Jeep rally in Naches Pass. There was a hundred people there, and it got dark on the events, so a guy parked and turned his on. It was like something from "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." It was so bright in fact, that he aimed it up into the trees to get the photon blast off the stage area. The spill-over light was more than enough.

    I finally got around to installing a CB in my XK. Now, I can talk to someone on the next trail run. I installed this one:

    There just isn't room for anything else in there. I used a Maxrad antenna on a fender mount, and put it opposite the AM/FM antenna.
    2006, 4.7L, QTII, Toyo Wild Country M/T 265/70R17 tires, Ultrasport 175 wheels, Rocky Road 2.25'' lift kit, HID off-road lighting, Surco 50x60 roof rack, Foxwing awning, Superchips performance programming.

    Sweet light bar ! I have a small 10" led one I'm looking forward to putting on my roof rack, if I ever get it receive it ( its been on back order for over 5 months now). Nice photo also...
