Super chips tuner, shift point recommendations.

So I finally got my super chips reinstalled after about 4-6 months (Superchips took their sweet ass time with my tune) and I've noticed that one of my shift points is set at around 42-44 mph. This is a problem in the city with traffic as most roads around here are 40-50 mph and I am shifting in and out of that gear WAYYYYYYY too much. So I was looking for recommendations on where to change the shift point (IE Higher/lower) in order to get rid of this issue. Any help is appareciated.

What's it doing bouncing between 3&4?

Yeah, definitely feels like it. It will just shift in and out of gear constantly, I have to keep it exactly on 40 or exactly on 45.

Change the shift point to a higher mph so you can stay in that lower gear.

I figured that would probably be the way to go, I just wasn't sure if I should change it lower/higher.

If your running bigger tires and a lift diffidently change it to the higher MPH and stay in the lower gear.

Even if your stock change it to the higher gear or its still going to have to down shift at dome point

How high do you think I should go with it? 47? 50?
