Since I don't know where I am going I plan to arrive at RC around 8 am? or should I wait until later? I guess I have to go directly to the officer to register? I already completed the required form to speed the process up.
It's easy man. Once you pull into the lot you basically drive straight ahead to the office building (trailer). Go in there and register. If you're the first one there, tell them you're with The Ultimate Jeep group. They might take your phone number and mark you down as the group leader.... thats no big deal. Basically means they'll call you at closing time if we all havent checked out yet.

I have the handheld Cobra. Will I need to tune as well?
