I think if you host on Photobucket you can give permissions to make videos downloadable, but I'm not 100% sure of that. There are always services like Transfer Large Files (or something like that) that you can use to send stuff.

Photobucket chops down the filesize and quality a lot. I'm gonna get him on dropbox and then just share a folder. We really should make a TUJ dropbox folder just for transferring files to each other....
