OK well i ran into a problem, i can not set up a paypal account because i dont have an address/ utilities bill. Ive lived in barracks back in the states. so is there another means of payment i can do for the lifetime membership? anybody got any advise or input?

There's gotta be a way to get a paypal account.... it doesn't make sense that paypal wouldn't let military members sign up for a reason like that.
