    How To Remove Headrest!!

    Yeah.... i destroyed all of the clips on the back of my seat trying to disassemble it before doing some more research and finding out it actually does just slide off

    Did you start taking the back of the seats apart? Are they hard to put back on properly?

    Yeah I started taking the rear seat apart.... broke every clip in the process. I dont recommend taking them apart for any reason.

    Matt - I have an 06 and on the underside of the headrest where the bars go in there are small plastic doohickeys that prevent me from reaching up to the release. Did yours have these too and if so how did you remove them?

    I've dug around a bit and haven't found how to get them off or at least behind them. Just didn't want to break anything just yet.

    It looks like those slots are in the same location as the release.... did you try poking a small screw driver or paperclip in there?
