Welcome to the forum! QT2 is still a great system and I think Matt pretty much said it all. I have gotten much better at handling how the system works and it really preforms well. If you look in the Rausch Creek threads you will see me and adams QT2 on the trails.

Its generally best to long press the esp button. This does not stop the btc (brake traction control) from transferring power but does disable the engine braking and fuel cutoff parameters which would otherwise hinder offroad performance (equivalent to taking your foot off the gas)

not to worrie im sure ill have plenty to ask, thanks. im still a newb at wheeling i have only been going out this past year but have learned alot about my comanche and how to wheel it but the comander is on a whole other level as far as computer controls and the like. i do like to keep things as simple as possable. i can wrench well enough, weld and fab a bit and i work in a machine shop but my electronic skill set is not very good.

Southington, old jeepskool...almost my backyard, Been going there for 10+ years. But...on 2 wheels, I'd rather go fast.
    Hated that jeepskool guy...
    Never been to wellsville.
My XK is DD, has been off road but not like most of the guys here, 3.7 QT1.
It is lifted though, 2" BDS that I got from 07XK.
I only know of 1 other lifted XK in the cleve area and last I heard he was lowering back because he got a trail rig.
The people here at TUJ are great, tons of info.
Did you have fun in the snow?
