Yes thats the fox part # on the box and when google it tons of sites pop up with it.. obviously each different travel length is a different part # but there are different options to choose from

Yeah I actually have the full FOX catalog with all the specs. The 980-02-039-A are the resi version.
I wondered if JBA ordered them specifically for the xk/wk upper shock mount. Either way their prices are on par with other sites. They just wouldn't tell me what valving they specify which is understandable.
There are the 980-02-038-A non resi.. As I said Im not expecting any additional lift but if that happens great, I needed new rears so these seemed worth the extra coin..

I hear ya. Was just saying thats the equivalent resi part number. Its the same overall shock with the addition of the external reservoir. Functionally identical.... lol just more bling (unless I can add the compression adjuster)
