There aren't any shops around me that do that. Since I know my spring rates, weight, etc, FOX should be able to get them pretty close to perfect. If I want to adjust them after that they're really not hard to adjust- i'd just have to bring them somewhere for nitrogen. Hell they're easier than the Fox and Marzocchi mtb forks I work on

What came with the shocks? The part numbers we've been throwing around come standard with 1/2" bolt diameter x 1.25" wide heim mounts. The WK/XK standard shocks are 1/2" bolt diameter bushing mounts with 1.875 sleeve on top and 1.50 sleeve on bottom.

So for the top mount we'll need 5/8" worth of spacers, and for the bottom mount we'll need 1/4".

There's another FOX 2.0 Emulsion line that comes with 1.5" bushing mounts, so they'd be practically bolt-on like the other shocks we run (just need a few washers up top), but the bushing mounts aren't as good for articulation offroad.

Is there a part number stamped on the side of those bushings?

If i was a betting man i'd say they can just be cut down to achieve the necessary mounting width.

Note the top bolt is 12mm, not a full 1/2". So you might want to throw some electrical tape on it to make sure its a snug fit with the heim mount or you might get some knocking noises.

oh wait... whats the ID of those rubber bushings? Do those metal sleeves fit in them?

They might replace the bearing in the top mount to convert it to a bushing mount.

The ID of the bushing is 5/8" and the metal sleeves do not fit inside

Check out that link. You should have a 5/8" OD x 1/2" ID sleeve to convert the top to a bushing mount.

Those smaller sleeves are used as a heim. Whats the total width with one of those on each side of the lower mount?
