Matt very wisely stated somewhere to make sure you take inventory before you start your project!

    My lift made it! Yeah!!!

Inventory shows numerous hardware and a few hard parts missing. Boooo!!!

Called Marty at SL...he says he is shipping out a box that should have been inside my 5150 box. We shall see.

Lekmedm....was there a hardware box inside your 5150 box?

I'm confused as to why these guys can't get it right and send a complete kit.

The kit I put on my silverado has all the brackets, but they completely screwed up the hardware. They had the hardware "bags", but the nuts/bolts in the bag were missing or wrong.

Well, they always start by blaming whoever you got the kit from.

I can tell, as most can, if a box has been previously opened. No extar staple holes, factory taped edges. It is on them. I don't hold out much hope that SL gets me my parts in any timely fashion.

And most dealers like me have the item drop shipped directly from Superlift or a large distribution warehouse so missing parts really are the responsibility of the manufactures poor quality control.

Ummm.... No. All the hardware bags were just loose in the 5150 box, but all originally packaged. But when I inventoried I didn't check each and every bolt. I think I know what I'll be doing tomorrow afternoon!

BTW, I received my EGR module this week. I didn't realize that the harness is specific to certain model years. There are 2 different harnesses. I got lucky and received the right one for my 2007. Check yours!
