Inter & Outer Tie Rod Ends

It is time to replace the Inter & Outer Tie Rod Ends on the XK. The dealership stated that they are very loose.
I have seen posts that state it is best to just replace the entire rack verses replacing the worn items, for safety reasons. Something about that they were never ment to be rebuildable. I also have seen post on how to do it.
    what do you guys think?

Also I need to replace all the front diff bushings; do they have an upgrade like poly for these, and if so does anyone know where to get them?

    Thanks,

NVM mind about the tie rod info, just found the thread Brendon put up last year.

Still would like thoughts on the bushing upgrades & also do you feel safe with rebuilding verses replacing the rack.

Definitely just replace the inner and outer tie rods. The steering rack is extremely expensive. The dealer sells both inner and outer so there's no reason you would have to do the entire rack. Also you can find the diff bushings on rockauto. You won't find poly bushings anywhere for out jeeps

^^agreed. No reason at all to replace the whole rack if just the tie rods are bad.

I haven't looked... but I doubt there are upgraded poly bushings for our diffs. The bushings (52114354AA, 52089516AB) stayed the same through 2010 so Jeep didn't change anything either.
