Ac vibrating

I there, wen I turn on the ac, I here noise from the belt, and after a minute wen the compressor start to work I feeling a vibrating,it's vibrating wan the ac compressor is working and stop wan the ac compressor of,
I cleaned the fans for mud , wat Alse can it be?
