I hope everyone likes Italian food. My wife who was taught to cook by my mom who was born in Italy of course will be making two dishes that are a main part of our diet and usually not found in restaurants. On the menu Pasta & Peas and Pasta Fazool or fagioli depending on what part of Italy it comes from. Also because Tobey asked for it Red Velvet Cheesecake which we will document us eating it and show him the pictures. LOL Since he won't be there till Saturday and even with a cooler I'm not sure I want to try and keep cheesecake that long outside.

I've sent PM's and Emails where I could to the other members on the list that said they were coming. The only one I heard back from was ER Nurse to say he was selling his XK. The only XK's that I know are coming at this point for sure are Myself, Neil, Caleb and Nick. The WK's are Tobey and AJ I can't remember if Scott said he was coming or not for some reason. Lt_JWS said he was coming but has posted what time on the 21st he is showing up so still waiting for him to post confirmation. If you don't post a time you plan on being there then we don't know if you're lost or not or you might show up to an empty camp because we went wheeling not knowing you were coming.
