Looks like most Commander owners have moved on. This site is dead. I loved my Commander and would have bought a new one if they were available when I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My Commander was trouble free and I put on 80,000 miles traveling around this beautiful country. I'm holding out for a 2020 and will buy another Grand Cherokee.
I still own a 1996 Jeep Cherokee that just won't die. In 22 years I have replaced the radiator and fuel filter. That's it except of course for tires and battery. It's my bad weather vehicle and I drive it all winter. It's like a little unstoppable tank. Never fails to get me home.
