Much as I LOVE my in-dash 6 cd-changer, I have been informed... by those whose desktops do NOT have dual CD/DVD/Blu-Ray burners ... that the CD, is 'dead technology.'

And as my Ramcharger has a newer stereo, with USB ports - and as my wife be-otches every time she rides with me (which ain't often!), that she can't plug her phone into my radio... I've decided to go with a simple JVC double-din unit, to go in my dash (KW-R930BTS).

ALL that said... any pitfalls to be on the lookout for, before I begin disassembling my dashboard? Any screws that DON'T like to come out? Any cables that are too short? Any mounting points, that DON'T mate up, etc.? The WEBSITE sez... ... that this is "plug 'n' play for an '07 Commander. Custer also told his troops, the Cheyenne were NO MATCH for the 7th Cavalry....

Any feedback, from those who have changed a stereo out - I'm ALL ears...
