looking for a front receiver hitch?

hello, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get receiver hitch for the front end? or does anyone make them?

i was thinking of getting one so that i could get a winch that i could mount at either end?

I also suggest you check out the 4xGuard Matrix in our supporting vendor section. The next best option is the front bumper replacement that I hope to get Doc working on in the future.

thanks. i actually was looking at 4xguard and one of the things i was looking at? the matrix mounting platform is backordered and i actually emailed doc at stone soup, if he could make a receiver i could tuck behind the front bumper.

most likely, ill end up getting the 4xguard one due to the fact that it looks like i'll be looking at getting some other stuff from them as well.

The Matrix went out of stock a couple of days ago. More are in production, so it should not be long on them.

Or fab up a front receiver hitch like mine or have Doc do it. Mine was a prototype by GetLost4x4 (Ross) from the other forum but he closed his shop and went back to college.

I like that it is pretty stealth, not much extra sticking out. But the Matrix is a good option too.

I love the one you have GP...have been thinking about doing the same thing since you got it...but...I will get the Matrix because it does give somewhere else to mount lights and such, but the advantage to yours is that it raises the winch up considerably, increasing the approach angle over the matrix
