that's a lot of boltheads maybe just make them a bit smaller? i know you will lose some detail but it might look a little cleaner... i'm no photo shop guy, but this is a quick thing i threw together in .cad

I'm glad you like it since its your design and all just trying to bring your idea to life. I will work on smaller bolt heads but each bolt head is a layer in the picture its a pain. I started to do it last night then my program crashed and I was almost done to but I'll give it another go.
Ok I made the bolts smaller here are two more pics one with sun burst one with out
I think I like it without the shadowing effect on the lower sides. Man, talk about being a pain, you wouldn't ever tell but I spent a couple hours on just what I did, mostly on the computer end of things. I made the mistake of running out of room on the paper and ended up scanning two sheets of paper. Then I had to combine the two using plain ole Microsoft Paint, which totally sucks. It's really coming to life though.

Not sure there is anymore I can do with it. I'm trying to keep it boxy and square like the commander so that kinda restricts what you can do. Any more suggestions
^^^^ How about a peek of the same without the bolt pattern?
