    Funny smell coming from A/C...

I'm sure most of you have has the pleasure of smelling burned wiring/electronics before. I'm getting the exact same smell through my A/C vents every time I turn it on. I haven't tried it on heat, but I'm getting the feeling that my blower motor may be getting ready to croak on me. Anyone else had this issue?

I have not personally experienced this but from your discription I think you have made a proper diagnosis.

Alot of people have had problems with the blower motor. The pigtail on the motor will tend to fry itself because the wiring isn't appropriate for the amount of amps that tend to be drawn.
See this link to the other forum for the known problem:
    http://www.jeepcommander.com/forums/...otor%2C+wiring
    and this one for pictures:

There is a chance that it isn't this problem but seeing as how it has been a reoccuring one there is a high probability.
