Thanksgiving...how do you cook your turkey???

Happy Thanksgiving day/weekend to all! So, how do you cook your turkey? Traditional oven, deep fried in oil, or smoked (as in BBQ pit smoked)?

For the past few years I have cooked ours in an old Kamado Japanese pot, with mesquite wood....man it's good....

Traditional oven here too, but I would gladly upgrade to deep fried if anyone is willing to donate a fryer (hint for xmas shopping).
