    Headlights

I am looking to get some new headlight bulbs. I like the blue-ish color but am not an expert on the wattage difference any help would be great. I have heard "horror" stories about melting wires and dont want to go through that. Thanks

I just installed , like 5 minutes ago , Sylvania Silver Star Ultras. They better be as bright as they say cause they are expensive. The 9005s were $49.99 pair and the 9006s were $39.99 pair. I know, I could have shopped around a bit on the net and maybe saved a little but I'm impatient and I want it RIGHT NOW. My wife wants to know why I spent $90 on headlight bulbs when the stock ones still work. I have no answer for her.

I have been running them for a few years now. They are much better than stock IMHO. My only issue with them is that they seem to fail every 18 months or so. I did the highs, lows and fogs....
