how will these bnolt up , to the oem fender ( act as a flare ) or replace the fender all together ?

It would have to be replacement for the fender or they would useless.

These would help with running wheels that stick out real far with rubbing.
oh yeah, that would be cool. how far would they stick out, wider than stock i hope.

Absolutely, I am thinking of getting new wheels that stick out 1.5" more than my current ones so I would work to cover those.

The guy that has the JBA test Jeep already has a set made. See if he will get some specs on the ones he is running, it looks mean from the front, but i would like to see a profile as well.
