    Cool New XK WV member

My wife and I just bought a certified '08 Overland XK. For now, this will be her daily driver, aka glorified grocery getter. On top of being certified, we purchased the max care plan which gives us the bumper to bumper coverage for 5 more years.

At some point, this will become mine and at that time I want to do some light offroading. I'm already planning a 2" lift and bigger tires. Until that time, we will just enjoy the nice SUV with great power and nice ride.

    Welcome aboard!!

For what its worth... my XK was my wifes grocery getter as well. We still did a 2" lift and some nicer tires regardless. That simple mod makes such a drastic difference in the looks of these vehicles that its almost mandatory.

Thanks everyone. I thought maybe when it is times for new tires to upgrade but I would have to measure to find it is still fits into the garage (sorta tight already). Luckily, there is plenty of tread on the current tires so I won't have to be concerned with it for a little while. I posted a pic, not a great one but at least something for now. My wife and I both are loving how it drives and really enjoying it a lot.
