I have reviewed the campgrounds near Moab and have come up with a short list for your input. If you think you are attending take a look at these campgrounds and give me your preference:

I have been through archview, but did not stay there. I also looked at their bbq meal and show promotion, which looked interesting, but never went. It is out of town and away from any town services others may want (such as other hotels, food) but only by about 10 minutes.
I have also driven through the KOA in search of a site, and concur with the above opinion that it was dustier than most other campgrounds. The place I ended up staying is not on the list, but I wouldn't recommend it anyway.

Archview would be my preference from the list and I think Riverside would be my second choice.
