Okay, here's the skinny on the CB antenna.

The antenna is a Maxrad MLB2700. http://www.talleycom.com/store/product/MXRMLB2700.html It uses the same mounting as cop car, fire truck etc.
The mount is an NMO style. http://www.talleycom.com/store/product/ANXMBO.html
