The bolt does sit on an angle not sure if it's worth trying to correct that. As long as you have a good bite on top and bottom it should be good.

I wanted to update my post Jumper Cable Plug
Added the cutoff switch
And dids as Huey suggested and used zip ties to hold the key to the switch so I don't lose it and
mounted the switch with zip ties.
Zip tie mount is a temporary solution.
Cool bro I like where your headed with your rig. I will be making some fundamental changes to my rig as well soon taking my mods in a new direction
