    Great News.

I am now Offically 30 Lbs lighter than I was at the beginning of the year! I have a goal of another 25 Lbs. I want to get down to 250ish and stay there. I have always been a bigger guy and I know I was built to be larger. But I think 250 will be a good size for me. And who knows maybe I will keep going after that. Just wanted to share my excitment. Next week is gonna be tough with all the beer and food at my disposal..

Well my actual stomach has shriveled up to the point to where I can no longer fit as much food in there. haha. I am eating around 1200 calories a day..(a little low but it is enough for me now) And my girl and I do a 2 mile walk/run almost everyday, we've been slacking, getting stuff ready for vacation. But we are going to try and do a good walk/run everyday we are down there.

    Good stuff man!

Hey, every 20lbs you lose gives you increased ground clearance when offroading!

Walking/running on the beach will burn 5x the calories you've been burning. So drink up, have a great time and do plenty of "joy" walking!

Thats pretty cool bro, remember don't skip meals you must have 3 meals a day that will keep your metabolism burning all day long man. Just be careful with the running your joints will take a beating. If you can run or walk stairs it burns a ton of calories and is easier then slamming down on your knees and ankles like running does.
