Yessir, and on JC.com you suggested I flush/fill again after 1K miles..hitting that this week.

I completely agree with that statement!
Quick update: I swapped fresh fluid/FM this morning on the front and now the grinding/"feels like ESP engagement" is completely gone. That second flush/fill must be the secret.
