With the transmission tune can I change my shift points? That would be nice. Need to compensate for the tires a bit

Mine came in today but i'm in VA and won't get to it till the weekend. But i'll get some extensive mileage runs with it in the next few weeks. I think you can't set the tranny shift points on the XK but you can on the JKs. If memory serves me correct. Which will frankly be a bummer. But oh well.

What would happen if you set your tire size a size taller than what you actually have? For example, instead of keying in 32", put 33" or 34". Would that screw everyting up? or make your shifts points change where you want them, in essence?

SO I finally figured out why my flashpaq doesn't work. I called customer support and they said that my vehicle's particular calibration is not on file. They will update their database within the next couple days and call me when it's finished so I can download a new update again. Apparently the software on my Jeep has a different version than normal (maybe cause I got the transmission updates) and they have never seen it before. At least its coming eventually.....

I've been trying to catch up with some posts, so sorry if this is a little late. Here is a picture of the bushing I replaced. This is the new one.
What a PITA!
I didn't not drop the whole front axle. Just beat it out, and used a ball joint press to press in the new one.
I just recently replace the one in the very front, which was pretty easy, more or less just bolts in place.
2006 Jeep Commander Limited, 4.7L, QDII, 4" Superlift Supension Lift, Procomp Xtreme Mud Terrain Tires 285 70R17, Mickey Thompson Classic ii Wheels 17X9, AEM Brute Force CAI, Superchip flashpaque, 4XGuard belly guard, 4XGuard Front Guard, Rear Grab handles and Defender Roof Rack.
Success!!! Superchips finally got the update right for the XK! The tune worked and I can tell right off that the throttle response has become much more lively and it feels like it doesn't struggle as much to get up to speed. It's been forever since i got that thing and have been wrestling with Superchips to get it to work. Well technically it's been almost 3 months but waiting for a mod to work makes it seem like an eternity.
In the meantime the Subaru has had some stuff done to it. More precisely a new 3" downpipe and high flow cat, a new midpipe, a larger front swaybar and sound proofing with RAAMAT (kinda like dynamat). At the moment I'm also having a specialty tune done to the ECU where I log data and send it to a tuner and they change my tune and send it back. I'm right now about 300 HP to the Crank and about 230-250 to the wheels (all wheel drive really sucks out the horsepower). My 1/4 mile time is hovering in the 14.0-14.3 range and 0-60 about 5.5secs. It's beginning to be quite fun!
