Nothing more exciting than the feeling you get when a big brown box is waiting for you. I ordered another toy to hold me over until I can get around to the sliders... They came, later than I expected which is fine.
I ended up ordering this part because yeah.... the filter literally has nothing to prevent water and/or dust from getting to it from below. The more I thought about this, the more it made me cringe at just the thought of water getting into it. It'll be here tomorrow.
I didn't actually do this today but I'm just now posting pics from a few days ago. I added clevis mounts and 3/4" d-rings to the front of my Jeep. I saw this idea ona Jeep from the UK and I loved it. It's a different look than most.
