Matt is correct. The 17x9 ET0 ZX (5" BS) will sit out 2.5" further out when compared to the OEM wheels. With your spacers factored in, the 17x9 ET0 ZX sits 1" further out. With the spacers removed and new tires mounted you'll need to make fender modifications.

Its doable... but you'll rub on the firewall (especially with 265/70/17). If you have rear hvac lines you'll want to remove them.

You can't run the spacers with those wheels.... they'll stick out like 3" beyond the fenders lol.
You're better off with 265/70. The 265/75 will be tougher to fit and 255 is a bit thin for a 9" wheel.

Yes because they will sit out an inch farther then you current setup. Cut out your pinch welds and weld in new steel and you will be fine because you have tube fenders up front and don't have to worry about hitting the fender flare. But like Matt said you will still have to do something with the heater/ac lines.

I am still confused on some of this.
What I would like to know with a 9" rim for our rigs running 265/70-17's. What would the back spacing on the 9" rim need to be, to be able to run with out spacers? Also with out rubbing as long as I already did the pinch weld mod, will not be removing the HVAC lines, I use my 3rd row seats

None. You will have rubbing with any wheel that'd fit and not cause interference with the balljoint. 5.5" would be the best chance and would basically be like my current setup (that i rub with 245/75/17, so the 265s will rub more due to the width)... I wouldn't go with 5" unless you're willing to remove the HVAC lines OR it's a street queen, otherwise your tire will remove them for ya on the trail.
