Probably a bearing and seal kit for diff, new fluid. And a ratio change from the dealer or mechanic in the TCM.
2007 WH Grand Cherokee CRD QDII - 3" Exhaust, GDE Flash Tune, CRDSTU Hybrid Lift & bash Plates, 4xGuard Rock Rails & Rear Sliders, Saguaro F&R Bars, Warn 9.5CTI-s, AEV Saverge Rims, 35" KM2's, Snorkel, Custom Rear Drawers, ARB Dual Compressor + On Board Air, BullyDog Monitor, Dual Optimas Front and Dual Rear Aux Batteries YouTube Vids
Ill be getting a hypertech programer for the the tires so i can use that to also adjust for the new gears too, right? and what brand fluid do yall recomend? this is my first time doing anything this so really dont know much of what im doing and ill be taking it to a shop to get it installed.
Hypertech speedometer calibrator, complete front differential out of a 4.7 liter XK, your locker of choice, motive gear Chrysler 8.25 ring and pinion set and mobil 1 75w 140. That is everything. Which locker do you plan on going with?
2007 4.7 Liter XK | Front Modified OME HD Lift | Rear 4" Superlift | JBA UCA's | Rusty's Rear Adjustable Track Bar | Rysty’s Adjustable Upper and Lower Rear Control Arms w/Heim Joints | Mickey Thompson Classic III 17x9 Wheels | 315/70R17 Goodyear Duratracs | Airflow Snorkel | Flowmaster 40 Series Muffler | Superchips Flashpaq | Mopar Skids | 4xGuard Belly Guard | American Rebel Rear Diff Cover | Rear Powertrax No-Slip | Front Electronic Locker | Rear Heat/AC Delete
well since mine is only 2wd i dont have to worry about the front diff, and ill be putting 4.10 gears and also putting in a powertrax no slip
Pretty much as everyone mentioned: Gears, Locker, Master install kit, fluid and programmer.
4.10s are going to be awesome in there
yeah thanks everybody, im talking to a few shops near my base back in Georgia trying to find the best price for the install, and hopefully within abut 2 weeks after i get back to the states ill have it all installed for a trip when i get back home to Arkansas.
ok so how many quarts of fluid do i need?
thanks
