Oh.. And now you all tell me !! Why am I always the last to know ??
Good question.. I started off with a 4" SL but that was compressed down to a 2 1/2 ish lift in the L rear when I was done. So I have posted this > http://www.theultimatejeep.com/showt...ll=1#post43417
Yes indeed ! And we had a good time doing it !
I was glad to have the 4XG but if I keep doing this and start getting more rambunctious ( and I will), I would really like to get a complete armored Diff cover, especially after I saw first hand what can happen !
As for a rear adj track bar, I had considered it and thought I did not have a need for one ( w/ the SL). Well after the great off roading we were fortunate to be able to do, I was rubbing the gas tank even after the shield was out of the way ! So yes, I think I need to start seriously considering getting one myself before I get a chance ( and that might be a while) to get off road like that again.

2010 Limited > 5.7 > Pearl Black > QDII > 4" Superlift w-SSR > Bilstein HD Struts + 1/4" spacer > RCV cv Axles > JBA 6" Springs + Matt's 1/2" Spacer > BDS adj LCA > 285-65-18 Nitto Trail Grappler MT's > Moto Metal 951 > K&N CAI > Flowmaster 50 > 4xGuard-Front/Belly skids + Grill Hoop w/ Front Receiver + Rear Diff. Guard > PIIA 520 ATP > Front Camera > Steel Armadillo's Rear Bumper/Tire/ Blitz Carrier/Super Sliders +Secure Console > Dual Batteries > OBA > JKS Rear-JBA Front Discos > FlashPaq
Honestly I didn't think that would be an issue with the superlift since the axle is limited from coming up under the body as far due to the bump stop extensions.
.
Update.....
Adjustable rear track bar in garrage.... may take me a while to find time to install ( whats new ?). I'm thinking that I may only need to move a 1/4 to 1/2 inch ish towards the passenger side.
I will add the Steel Amarillo's 12 bolt rear differential cover when it comes out. I'm thinking that will give me a little more protection than the 4G cover that I currently have and did a good job for me.
Gas tank shield now trimmed. See photos
I'm looking forward to putting them all to the test again !
