If you are doing the JBA's I would go ahead and do the spacers as well, provided the back is at least 1/2" above the front now. Those spacers will raise you about 9/16" which, for me, put the front above the rear with only the OME HD all around until I added the Monroe F150 Load Levelers in the rear and balanced it out.
The JBA's should take care of the upper ball joint angles and prevent excessive wear.
2010 5.7 QTII - OME HD w/ 3/8" spacers up front and F150 MLL in rear, JBA UCA 6.7, JKS 2034 Front Quick Disconnects, Gas Tank Skid Mod, PinchWeld Mod, 1.5" SpiderTrax, General Grabber AT 265/70/17, Custom Front Receiver / Plow Mount, Custom Tow Rings F/R, Diablo Intune.
I measured the today. They (4X Guard spacer) seem to be just 0,25" so I guess they can only give me 0,25" lift ? My front is about 0,5" lower than the back. Will also later in the summer be adding winch and winch mount and that is about 100lbs I think.
OK, I was confused........ I thought you had a 3/8" thick spacer, with the geometry of our front suspensions this would give ~9/16 of lift.
You have a 1/4" spacer that will give 3/8" lift - Go ahead and put it in!

Thanks, so you get more lift than what you add ?
Yes, ~50% more.
