With the Superlift, you should also budget for:
- adjustable rear UCAs (Rusty's ~$250)
- front drive shaft with double cardan joint (Carolina Driveline ~$350)
With the standard SL, I'm not so sure you'll squeeze 35s in there without some nice trimming.
I agree with Matt, set aside the RCV money for now.
