It's actually 10mm taller for the drivers side rear OME spring. Not thicker

so with the stock springs i should be able to tell which one is the drivers side based on height uninstalled? im pretty sure the labels are not legible

OME rear coils the drivers side is 10mm taller than the passenger side. I'm not sure if OEM stock coils are like that. They might be the same height. Measure them and if one is taller than the other put it on the drivers side rear
